Rockwell’s Approach to its Mortgage Advice Service
- We firstly establish your exact financial position, type of mortgage being applied for and your sensitivity to interest rates
- We research the whole market for suitable mortgage lenders to meet your mortgage criteria (Our minimum mortgage is €250,000)
- We then make our recommendations and make the application on your behalf
- We Liaise with all third parties until the mortgage is fully completed
- We charge a standard fee is €500 which is refunded upon drawdown of the mortgage when we are paid a commission by the mortgage lender
